pH Meter

This very cost effective pH meter has been used at Smallholder kitchen without even needing a battery change since we purchased it in 2014.  We use it for ensuring our Kombucha brews are acidic at the start, preventing growth of contaminant bugs and also confirming it is ready - we like the balance of sweet and tart at a pH of around 3.
